TVPM, dt, 06-05-2015) സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - കുടുംബശ്രീ - കുട്ടികളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിനായി കുടുംബശ്രീ രൂപീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ബാലസഭയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ 35,000/- രൂപ വരെ വകയിരുത്തുന്നതിന് യഥേഷ്ടാനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. പരാമർശം:- 1. കുടുംബശ്രീ എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടറുടെ 20-3-2015-ലെ കെ.എസ്/കെ/1125/2015 നമ്പർ കത്ത്

2. വികേന്ദ്രീകൃതാസൂത്രണ സംസ്ഥാനതല കോ-ഓർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ 22-4-2015-ലെ 3.15-ാം നമ്പർ തീരുമാനം.

ഉത്തരവ്

കുട്ടികളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിനായി കുടുംബശ്രീ രൂപീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ബാലസഭയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ സഹകരണം അത്യന്താപേക്ഷിതമാണെന്നും ഇതിനായി തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ വനിതാ ശിശുക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികൾക്ക് വകയിരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിഹിതത്തിൽ നിന്നും ബാലസഭയ്ക്കു കൂടി ഫണ്ട് വകയിരുത്തുന്നത് ഉചിതമായിരിക്കുമെന്ന് പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം കുടുംബശ്രീ എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടർ സർക്കാരിനോട് അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ടി ആവശ്യത്തിനായി 35000/- രൂപ നീക്കിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് യഥേഷ്ടാനുമതി നൽകാൻ പരാമർശം (2) പ്രകാരം തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആയതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കുട്ടികളുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിനായി കുടുംബശ്രീ രൂപീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ബാലസഭയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിലേക്കായി 35000/- രൂപ വരെ ഫണ്ട് അനുവദിക്കാൻ തദ്ദേശസ്വയം ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് യഥേഷ്ടാനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

Order ===

                 Government vide Government Order read as 1st paper above, have constituted Partner Kerala Mission (PKM) for the facilitation of time bound implementation of Public Private Partnership Projects in Urban Local Governments and in Development Authorities. M/s KITCOLtd. has been appointed as the transaction Advisor (TA) of Partner Kerala Mission as per clause X of the said Government order. Government have approved the agreement between Partner Kerala Mission and the Transaction advisor (KITCO Ltd.) vide Government order read as second paper above. As such Partner Kerala Mission and the Transaction Advisor has signed the agreement on 24-3-2015. As per the letter read as 4th paper above, the Director, Partner Kerala Mission has forwarded the draft feasibility report and draft RFCR for 23 projects costing around Rs. 1780 crore, submitted by the Transaction Advisor (KITCO Ltd.) and the Director, Partner Kerala Mission has reported that as per clause 3.1 (i) of the agreement, Partner Kerala Mission shall pay Professional Charges to the Transaction Advisor as prescribed below the following conditions:-
