(4) സംസ്ഥാനതല കോ-ഓർഡിനേഷൻ സമിതിയുടെ 19-11-2014-ലെ 3.10 നമ്പർ തീരുമാനം (5) തെരുവുവിളക്കുകളുടെ പരിപാലനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് 15-12-2014-ന് നടന്ന മീറ്റിംഗിന്റെ തീരുമാനം ഉത്തരവ് പരാമർശം (5)-ലെ തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണസ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കാവശ്യമായ തെരുവുവിളക്കു കളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിവിധ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകിയ ഉത്തരവുകൾ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള പ്രകാരം പരിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കൊല്ലം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, ആലപ്പുഴ എന്നീ 6 ജില്ലകളിൽ എൽ. ഇ.ഡി. ലാമ്പുകൾ വിതരണം നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ചുമതല കെൽട്രോണിനെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഇതേ ജില്ലക ളിലെ എൽ.ഇ.ഡി. ഒഴികെയുള്ള തെരുവുവിളക്കുപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിതരണം, ഇൻസ്റ്റലേഷൻ & മെയിന്റനൻസ്, ഗ്യാരണ്ടി നൽകൽ എന്നീ ചുമതലകൾ കൊല്ലം യുണെറ്റഡ് ഇലക്സ്ട്രിക്കൽസിനെ ഏൽപ്പി ക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം തൃശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ എൽ.ഇ.ഡി. വിതരണവും അതു സംബന്ധിച്ച മുഴുവൻ പ്രവൃത്തി കളും എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ തെരുവുവിളക്കുപരിപാലനം സംബന്ധിച്ച മുഴുവൻ പ്രവൃത്തികളും കൊല്ലം യുണെറ്റഡ് ഇലക്സ്ട്രിക്കൽസിന് പരീക്ഷണാർത്ഥം 3 മാസത്തേക്ക് നൽകുന്നു. അതോടൊപ്പം മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, കണ്ണൂർ, കാസർഗോഡ്, വയനാട്, പാലക്കാട് എന്നീ 6 ജില്ലകളിലെ തെരുവുവിളക്കുപരി പാലനം സംബന്ധിച്ച മുഴുവൻ പ്രവൃത്തികളും ക്രൂസ് മുഖേന തുടരുവാനും അനുമതി നൽകുന്നു. Read:- 1. D.O. Letter M-1301 2/3/2014-SAGY dated 15-10-2014 from Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. 2. Letter No. 20339/DPI/14/CRD dated 08-12-2014 from Commissioner for Rural Develop ment. ORDER Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India have launched new scheme Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) on 11th October, 2014. The scheme aim to translate the concept of Grama Swaraj into reality through effective implementation of scheme to achieve the main objectives ie () holistic development of the identified Gram Panchayats (ii) improving the standard of living and quality of life of all sections of the population (iii) Generating models of local level development and effective local governance which can motivate and inspire neighbouring gram panchayats to learn and adapt (iv) to nature the identified Adarsh Grams as schools of local development to train other Grama Panchayats. In order to achieve the above objectives, the Members of Parliament will lead and guide their respective constituencies. The scheme will requireplanned co-ordination and convergence among different Government departments while leveraging people's participation and the strength of the Community at the Village level. The MP will identify one Gram Panchayat to be taken for transformation into Adarsh Gram by 2016. The clause 12(C) of the guideline stipulate that state government have to Constitute a State Level Empowered Committee headed by Chief Secretary consisting of members relevant department. As per the letter read as 3rd paper above Commissioner for Rural Development has submitted a proposal to constitute the SLEC for SAGY with Chief Secretary as Chairman with the following composition as given below.
