കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ പാട്യം സോഷ്യൽ സർവ്വീസ് സൊസൈറ്റി നിർമ്മിക്കുന്ന ആയുർവേദ ഔഷധങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള അനുമതി ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചത് സംബന്ധിച്ച ഉത്തരവ് (തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (ഡി.എ) വകുപ്പ്, സ.ഉ.(സാധാ)നം. 2745/2014/തസ്വഭവ, തിരു.തീയതി 23-10-14) സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ പാട്യം സോഷ്യൽ സർവ്വീസ് സൊസൈറ്റി നിർമ്മിക്കുന്ന ആയുർവേദ ഔഷധങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള അനു മതി, ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ച് - ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. പരാമർശം:- 1) 07-08-2013-ലെ സ.ഉ. (സാധാ) നം. 2077/13/തസ്വഭവ. 2) 25-3-2014-ലെ സ.ഉ.(സാധാ) നം. 876/14/തസ്വഭവ. 3) കണ്ണൂർ പാട്യം സോഷ്യൽ സർവ്വീസ് സൊസൈറ്റി സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ 25-4-14-ലെ കത്ത്. ഉത്തരവ് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിലുള്ള ആയുർവേദ ആശുപ്രതികൾക്കും ഡിസ്പെൻസറികൾക്കും കണ്ണൂർ പാട്യം സോഷ്യൽ സർവ്വീസ് സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും ഔഷധങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള അനുമതി പരാമർശം (1) ഉത്തരവു പ്രകാരം 31-07-2013 മുതൽ ഒരു വർഷത്തേയ്ക്ക് ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ചു നൽകിയിരുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത അനുമതി സ്ഥിരമായി നൽകണമെന്ന് പാട്യം സോഷ്യൽ സർവ്വീസ് സൊസൈറ്റി സെക്രട്ടറി അപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സർക്കാർ ഇക്കാര്യം വിശദമായി പരിശോധിക്കുകയും തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്ര ണത്തിലുള്ള ആയുർവേദ ആശുപ്രതികൾക്കും ഡിസ്പെൻസറികൾക്കും കണ്ണൂർ പാട്യം സോഷ്യൽ സർവീസ് സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് ആയുർവേദ ഔഷധങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള അനുമതി 31-07-2014 മുതൽ 2 വർഷത്തേക്ക് ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ച് നൽകി ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. SELECTION OFAGENCIES/NGO’S AS ACCREDITED AGENCY FOR THE EXECUTION OF CIVIL WORKS UNDER LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS-MODIFIED - ORDERS ISSUED Local Self Government (DA) Department,CO(Rt.) No. 2759/2014/LSGD., Tvpm, Dt. 24-10-2014) Abstract:- Local Self Government Department-Selection of Agencies/NGO's as accredited agency for the execution of civil works under Local Self Government Institutions-modified - Orders issued. Read:- G.O.(Rt) 1928/14/LSGD dated 23-7-14 Order As per the Government Order read above the following Agencies/NGO's were approved as accredited agencies for the execution of works noted against each agency as per the approved SOR under Local Self Government Institutions. 1) Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society Execution of Civil Projects, Design and Planning of Civil Construction works in Local Self Government Institutions. 2) Udayapuram Labour Contract Co-operative Society Execution of Road works and other Construction work at approved SOR. 3) COSTFORD Construction of low cost residential building in Local Self Government Institutions. Now Government are further pleased to allow the above agencies having Core Competencies, infrastructure, implementation capacity at prevailing SOR without any excess to execute all construction works of Local Self Government Institutions. The Government Order read above stands modified to this extent.
