Read:- Letter No. 2835/2010/KUUDP dated 2207/2013 from the Project Director, Kerala Sustainable Urban Development project, Thiruvanathapuram. ORDER In the circumstances noticed in the letter read above, government is concerned on the inordinate delay in submitting proposals by the organizations functioning under the administrative control of this Department. Government, after having taken the issue in serious, accord sanction to Constitute an Inspection Team with the following officers. (1) The Under Secretary (IA) - Team leader (2) The Section Officer (IA) Department (3) Two Assistants from LSG (IA) Department Supporting Staff to conduct Inspection in the offices/suboffices of the organizations on random basis to streamline the functioning of administrations in these offices. (2) The following norms will be adhered to by the Inspection Wing for conducting the Inspection:- (1) The Inspection Wing has the right to Inspect all records/registers to be kept statutorily in these Offices. (2) Otherwise emerging situations, prior intimation will be given (at least one month before the Inspection date) for updating the records of the offices where inspection is scheduled. (3) The Team will submit their Inspection report within five days to the Deputy Secretary, which in turn submit to Secretary/Principal Secretary, depending on the organization for their approval. (4) The approved Report will be forwarded to the organizations concerned for taking rectification and they have to submit the Action Taken Report within a month to Government. (5) After getting the Action Taken Report, the file will be submitted to the concerned Ministers for perusal and orders. മഹിളാ കിസാൻ ശാക്തീകരണ പരിയോജന നിർവ്വഹണ ഏജൻസിയായ മലപ്പുറം, പാലക്കാട്, തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളുടെ കൺസോർഷ്യം (കോംപ്റ്റ്) വിപുലീകരിച്ച് കൺസോർഷ്യത്തിന്റെ അധികാരങ്ങളും ചീഫ് എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസറുടെ ചുമതലകളും നിർണ്ണയിച്ച ഉത്തരവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച (തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (ഡി.ഡി.) വകുപ്പ്, സഉ(സാധാ) നം. 2812/13/തസ്വഭവ TVPM, dt. 16-11-13) സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - മഹിളാ കിസാൻ ശാക്തീകരണ പരിയോജന നിർവ്വഹണ ഏജൻസിയായ മലപ്പുറം, പാലക്കാട്, തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളുടെ കൺസോർഷ്യം (കോംപ്റ്റ്) വിപുലീകരിച്ച് കൺസോർഷ്യത്തിന്റെ അധികാരങ്ങളും ചീഫ് എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസറുടെ ചുമതല കളും നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. പരാമർശം: (1) 20-12-2012-ലെ സ.ഉ (സാധാനം. 3536/12/തസ്വഭവ നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്. (2) 04-02-2013-ലെ സ.ഉ. (സാധാ)നം. 303/13/തസ്വഭവ നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ്. (3) ചീഫ് എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ, മഹിളാ കിസാൻ ശാക്തീകരണ പരിയോജനയുടെ 31-12-2012-ലെ ബി.1840/എം.കെ.എസ്.പി./12 നമ്പർ കത്ത്. (4) ചീഫ് എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ, മഹിളാ കിസാൻ ശാക്തീകരണ പരിയോജനയുടെ 17-07-2013-ലെ 1804/കോംപ്റ്റ്/എം.കെ.എസ്.പി./2013 നമ്പർ കത്ത്. (5) 17-10-2013-ലെ 3.11 നമ്പർ കോ-ഓർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റി തീരുമാനം ഉത്തരവ് പരാമർശം (3)-ലെ കത്ത് പ്രകാരം, മഹിളാ കിസാൻ ശാക്തീകരണ പരിയോജന വനിതാ ലേബർ ബാങ്ക് പദ്ധതിയുടെ നിർവ്വഹണ ഏജൻസിയായ കോംപ്റ്റ് വിപുലീകരിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചും കൺസോർ ഷ്യത്തിന്റെ അധികാരങ്ങൾ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്നതു സംബന്ധിച്ചും, ചീഫ് എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസറുടെ (എം. കെ.എസ്.പി.) ചുമതലകൾ നിർണ്ണയിച്ചും അംഗീകാരം നൽകണമെന്ന് എം.കെ.എസ്.പി.ചീഫ് എക്സി കൃട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചിരുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത വിഷയത്തിൽ സർക്കാർ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതനുസരിച്ച ചീഫ് എക്സസിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർ, എം. കെ.എസ്.പി. സൂചന (4) മുഖേന വിശദീകരണം സമർപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. പ്രസ്തുത പ്രപ്പോസൽ പരാമർശം 5-ലെ കോ-ഓർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റി മുമ്പാകെ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു വെങ്കിലും ഭരണവകുപ്പിലെ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുവാൻ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സർക്കാർ ഈ

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
