ഉത്തരവ് പരാമർശത്തിലെ ഉത്തരവുകൾ പ്രകാരം ബി.പി.എൽ. പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സൂചകങ്ങൾക്കും അവയുടെ വെയിറ്റേജിനും മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾക്കും അംഗീകാരം നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഓർഫനേജുകൾ, വൃദ്ധസദനങ്ങൾ, വികലാംഗ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങി ഓർഫനേജ് കൺട്രോൾ ബോർഡിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് പ്രവർത്തിച്ചു വരുന്ന ക്ഷേമ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നേരിടുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച 09-05-2012-ൽ ബഹു. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ അദ്ധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ കൂടിയ യോഗതീരുമാനപ്രകാരം വിശദമായി പരിശോധിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പൊതുവിതരണത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അരി, പഞ്ചസാര, ഗോതമ്പ് എന്നിവ നൽകുന്നതുൾപ്പെടെ ഓർഫനേജ് കൺട്രോൾ ബോർഡ് അംഗീകാരമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ അന്തേവാസികളെക്കൂടി ബി.പി.എൽ ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് എന്ന അധികമാനദണ്ഡം കൂടി ദാരിദ്ര്യരേഖ ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിന് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തവാകുന്നു.

PRESCRIBING FORM OF RECEIPT FOR USE OF LSG INSTITUTIONS FOR ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF MONEY AND RECEIPT OF COMMUNICATIONS - ORDERS ISSUED

Abstract:- Local Self Government Department - Prescribing form of receipt for use of Local Self Government Institutions for acknowledging receipt of money and receipt of communications-orders issued.

(2) Minutes of the meeting held in the chamber of the State Performance Audit Officer on O1-08-2012.

ORDER

Government have issued orders, as per the Government Order read above, prescribing a combined form of receipt for 'Saankhya-Soochika' for the use of all the Local Self Government Institutions where Saankhya is deployed and has been made online. Complaints have been received from the Panchayats where Saankhya has been deployed that the use of such receipts which contain a sticker portion causes hurdles in printing, resulting in cancellation due to printerfault. Government have received requests that the instructions regarding detaching and pasting the sticker portion on the communications acknowledged in 'Soochika may be withdrawn for the above reason.

(2) Government Considered the above matter in detail in a meeting convened by the State Performance Audit Officer on 01-08-2012 in which the Director of Panchayats, the Executive Chairman & Director of Information Kerala Mission and the officers of the Panchayat Department, Information Kerala Mission and Grama Lekshmi Mudralayam participated. After careful consideration of the matter based on the decisions of the meeting, Government are pleased to issue the following Orders.

(3) The following sentence in para 6 of the Government Order read above is deleted. “This is to be detached and pasted on the communication acknowledged in Soochika.” Instead, the following sentence shall be inserted:

"The Soochika acknowledgment number obtained from the computer shall be written manually on the Communications acknowledged in Soochika.”

(4) The General Manager, Grama Lekshmi Mudralayam will arrange for printing of the receipts accordingly.

സംഗ്രഹം- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ - തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ഇ-ഗവേണൻസ് പ്രവർത്തനം - ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെ ടെക്നിക്കൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റുമാരുടെ നിയമനം PGDeG യോഗ്യത യായി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തരവു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. -- - - - -
