സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് കൈവശം വച്ചുവരുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ടി ഫോക്കൽ പോയിന്റ് ഓഫീസർമാരെ നിയമിച്ച ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. പരാമർശം:- 25-04-2012-ലെ ലാന്റ് റവന്യൂ കമ്മീഷണറുടെ എൽ.ആർ (ജെ 8) 29553/09 നമ്പർ അർദ്ധ ഔദ്യോഗിക കത്ത്.

ഉത്തരവ്

വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകൾ കൈവശം വച്ചുവരുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ വിവരം ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിനും ഈ ആവശ്യത്തി നായി ഓരോ വകുപ്പിലും ഓരോ ഫോക്കൽ പോയിന്റ് ഓഫീസറെ നിയമിക്കുന്നതിനുമായി സർക്കാർ നിർദ്ദേശം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതനുസരിച്ച് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പിന് ഫോക്കൽ പോയിന്റ് ഓഫീസറെ നിയമിക്കണമെന്ന് പരാമർശം ഒന്നു പ്രകാരം ലാന്റ് റവന്യൂ കമ്മീഷണർ അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി. തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിലുള്ള പഞ്ചായത്ത്, നഗരകാര്യം, ഗ്രാമവികസനം എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകളുടെ അധീനതയിലുള്ള ഭൂസ്വത്തുകളുടെ വിവരം ശേഖരിക്കുന്നതിനായി ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം ഫോക്കൽ പോയിന്റ് ഓഫീസർമാരെ നിയമിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
