In the circumstances explained in the letter read as first paper above and as recommended by the State Planning Board, Government are pleased to approve M/s. Forest Industries (Travancore) Ltd., Aluva as an accredited agency for executing the following works proposed by Local Self Government Institutions. 1. Manufacturing and supply of Cubicles and partition work for Computerisation (using wood, aluminium and particle board etc.)

2. Supply of Computer furniture

3. Interior decoration works

4. Manufacturing and supply of all types of furniture

5. Aluminium and steel fabrication works.

വിഷയം : പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് ക്യാരി ബാഗുകളുടെ നിരോധനം സംബന്ധിച്ച്

സൂചന : 1. സ.ഉ (പി) നമ്പർ, 264/2003/തസ്വഭവ, തീയതി. 1.9.03

സൂചന ഒന്നിലെ ഉത്തരവു പ്രകാരം 30 മൈക്രോണിൽ താഴെ കനമുള്ള പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് സഞ്ചികൾ ഉൽപ്പാ ദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും കടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടു പോകുന്നതും വില്പന നടത്തുന്നതും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതും 2003 സെപ്റ്റം ബർ 1-ാം തീയതി മുതൽ നിരോധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി നിരോധനം ഫലപ്രദമായി നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്തുന്നതിന് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ കർശനമായി പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

(1) പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് നിരോധന കാര്യത്തിൽ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ സ്വീകരിച്ച നടപടിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള പ്രതിവാര റിപ്പോർട്ട് പഞ്ചാത്ത് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർമാർക്ക് നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.

(2) പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് മലിനീകരണ പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി ജനങ്ങളെ ബോധവത്ക്കരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചാത്തുക ളിൽ വാർഡു മെമ്പർമാരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ബോധവൽക്കരണ ക്യാമ്പുകൾ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

(3) സൂചന രണ്ടിലെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം എല്ലാ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകൾക്കും മൈക്രോമീറ്റർ വാങ്ങുന്ന തിനും ചെക്ക് പോസ്സുകൾ ഉള്ള ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചാത്തുകൾ മൈക്രോ മീറ്റർ തനത് ഫണ്ടിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ചെക്ക് പോസ്സുകൾക്ക് നൽകാനും ഉത്തരവ് നൽകിയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്രകാരം മൈക്രോമീറ്റർ വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നും ചെക്ക് പോസ്സുകൾ ഉള്ള ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ മൈക്രോമീറ്റർ വാങ്ങി ചെക്ക് പോസ്റ്റുകൾക്ക് നല്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച റിപ്പോർട്ട് മടക്കത്തപാലിൽ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഡയറക്ടർക്ക് നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

(4) പ്ലാസ്റ്റിക് നിരോധന കാര്യത്തിൽ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ സ്വീകരിച്ച നടപടിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പരി ശോധിച്ച് എല്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർമാരും പ്രതിവാര റിപ്പോർട്ട് ഡയറക്ടർക്കു നല്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

Abstract:- Local Self Government Institutions - Introduction of Accounting Formats in Panchayat Raj Institutions - Orders - Issued

                                                                                                         ORDER 

As per the G.O. read above, Government have issued orders adopting the new ACCounting formats for Panchayat Raj Institutions, prescribed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India. Now Government order that all Panchayat Raj Institutions shall prepare their Budget and Accounts in the new formats with effect from ol.04.2004.
