any computer resource in any of the offices of the Government of Kerala or of the Government Undertaking or Boards which directly or indirectly affects the facility of Critical Information infrastructure to be a protected system except for the purpose of viewing and downloading the on-line webpages approved and published by the Government of Kerala or by the Government Undertakings or Boards or by the Government approved agency and replying to email or updating an on-line response page. A Copy of this notification shall also be made available on the internet which can be accessed at the address http://www.kerala.gov.in Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) All the offices of the Government of Kerala including those in the Districts have been provided with computers and these have been Connected with network for exchange of Information concerning the affairs of the State, some of which deal with sensitive matters. User profiles have been created for the end users, senior officers and administrators, defining the roles and responsibilities. There is a need to protect the Information, Computers, Computer systems, Network Systems from being accessed by unauthorised persons. Therefore, the Government have decided to declare all the computer resources in the Government Offices/Government Undertaking/ Boards of the State of Kerala to be a Protected system, under sub-section (1) of section 70 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Central Act 21 of 2000). CESS ONCINEMA FOR THE PURPOSE OF KERALA CULTURAL.ACTIVISTS WELFARE FUND

S.R.O. No. 28/2013 .- In exercise of the powers Conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3C of the Kerala Local Authorities Entertainment Tax Act, 1961 (20 of 1961), as amended by the Kerala Local Authorities Entertainment Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2012 (61 of 2012), for the purpose of the Kerala Cultural Activist's Welfare Fund. Government of Kerala hereby specify the rate of cess as three rupees on each admission to Cinema, the price of admission to which exceeds twenty five rupees. Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As per sub-section (1) of section 3C of the Kerala Local Authorities Entertainments Tax Act, 1961 (20 of 1961), as amended by the Kerala Local Authorities Entertainments Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2012 (61 of 2012), there shall be levied and collected a cess for the purpose of the Kerala Cultural Activists Welfare Fund constituted under the Kerala Cultural Activists Welfare Fund Act, 2010 (6 of 2011) at such rate not exceeding three rupees on each admission to cinema, the price of admission to which exceed twenty five rupees. Government have decided to specify the rate of Cess to be levied at rupees three on each admission of person on such tickets. This notification is intended to achieve the above object.
