The G.O. read above by which a high level Committee Constitute to implement the projects of Local Self Government Department under BOT stands cancelled.

              ASSETS TRANSFERRED TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS - UTILIZATION OF NCOME FROM LAND - ORDERS

                      (LOCAL SELF GOVERNMENT (DP) DEPARTMENT, G.O.(R) No. 677/2003/LSGD.Tvpm., dtd. 27/02/03
                            Assets transferred to Local Governments-Utilization of income from land-Orders issued. 

                                    ORDER

As part of decentralization various public assets have been transferred to Local Governments. These assets like Schools, Hospitals, Agricultural Farms, Roads etc. have land which can be used productively by Local Governments, even though Local Governments do not have the right to alienate such land or use it for purposes unrelated to the original purpose of the asset.

Local Governments have pointed out that they are willing to invest in the land and develop it productively if the existing stipulation that the revenue from such assets be credited to Government Account is modified and the Local Governments are allowed to Credit such income to the Panchayat Fund or Municipal Fund as the case maybe.

Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to order that the income accruing from the assets like schools, hospitals, farms etc. which are under the control of Local Governments should transferred as Own income of the Local Governments concerned.

സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - കേരള ഫെഡറേഷൻ ഓഫ് ബൈൻഡ് എന്ന സംഘടനയെ അക്രഡിറ്റഡ് ഏജൻസിയായി അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

പരാമർശം: 1. കേരള ഫെഡറേഷൻ ഓഫ് ബ്ലെൻഡ് എന്ന സംഘടനയുടെ 20,9.2002 ലെ ജീ1 (2)/ 02-03/687 നമ്പർ നിവേദനം.

2. 4.3.2003ലെ വികേന്ദ്രീകൃതാസുത്രണ സംസ്ഥാനതല കോർഡിനേഷൻ സമിതി യോഗ തീരുമാനം നം.28(3).

പരാമർശം രണ്ടിലെ തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം കേരള ഫെഡറേഷൻ ഓഫ് ദി ബ്ളൈന്റ് എന്ന സംഘടനയെ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന അന്ധരുടെ പുനരധിവാസ പ്രോജക്റ്റൂകൾ മാത്രം നിർവ്വഹണം നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള അക്രഡിറ്റഡ് ഏജൻസിയായി അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

                                വൈദ്യുത പ്രോജക്ടുകൾക്ക് ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് നൽകുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച്

സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - തദ്ദേശ ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ വൈദ്യുത പ്രോജക്ടുകൾക്ക് ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് നൽകുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

തദ്ദേശ ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് വൈദ്യുതി ബോർഡിനെ ഏൽപ്പിക്കുന്ന വൈദ്യുതി ലൈൻ എക്സ്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ പ്രോജക്ടുകളുടെ ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് തുക ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി നൽകുവാൻ അനുവാദം നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

                                    ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഇൻഡസ്ടീസിനെ (ആലുവ) അകഡിറ്റഡ് ഏജൻസിയായി അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവ്

Abstract:- Local Self Government Dept.-M/s. Forest Industries (Tranancore) Ltd., Aluva-Approved as an accredited Agency for executing the works proposed by Local Self Government Institutions - Orders issued.

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
