ഉത്തരവ് പരാമർശം (2)- ലെ കോ-ഓർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റി തീരുമാന പ്രകാരം പരാമർശം (1) ഉത്തരവിൽ ഔഷ ധിയിൽ ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്ത മരുന്നുകൾ മാത്രമേ മറ്റ് സ്വകാര്യ സഹകരണ ഔഷധ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവൂ എന്ന നിബന്ധന കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി പരിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. |WIMP - IMPLEMENTATION OF NRM WORKS - PREPARATION OF DISTRICT LEVEL SCHEDULE OFRATES - ENTRUSTINGDSTRICT COLLECTORS TO CONSTITUTE EXPERTTEAM AT DISTRICT LEVEL - SANCTION ACCORDED - ORDERS ISSUED. (Local Self Government (DD) Department, GO(Rt.)No. 898/2014/LSGD, Tvpm, Dt. 27.03.2014) Abstract:- Local Self Government Department - IWMP-Implementation of NRM works-preparation of District Level Schedule of Rates-Entrusting District Collectors to constitute expert team at district levelSanction accorded-orders issued. Read:- Proposal No.83/SLNA2/14 dated 04.03.2014 from Administrative Officer & Joint Development Commissioner for Commissioner for Rural Development. ORDER As per the proposal read above, the Commissioner for Rural Development has informed that for many activities taken up under IWMP approved data is not available and for estimate preparation of IWMP activities are done based on PWD Schedule of Rate or the rates of departments like Agriculture, Soil Conservation and Forest & Wild Life hence causes inordinate delay in obtaining Technical Sanction & Implementation of works. Moreover the existing Schedule of Rates is not feasible for many works undertaken by user groups on ano profit no loss basis as the prevailing local rates & market rates are higher than the approved schedule of rates. Hence Commissioner for Rural Development has requested Government to sanction for preparing district level Schedule of Rate for IWMP and also to use this Schedule of Rate for the works taken up under IWMP with the approval of District Planning Committees and to authorize District Collectors to constitute expert team at district level consisting of LSGDEngineers, WDTEngineers, Agriculture and Soil Conservation experts for preparing district level Schedule of Rate for IWMP. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord sanction for preparation of district level schedule of rates for IWMP works and also to use this Schedule of Rate for the works taken up under IWMP with the approval of District Planning Committees. District Collector will constitute expert team at district level consisting of LSGDEngineers, WDTEngineers, Agriculture & Soil Conservation experts etc for preparing district level Schedule of Rate for IWMP. The data created will be vetted by the District level Coordination Committee constituted for IWMP and final approval for District Planning Committees.
