The capacity of the implementing agencies may be enhanced for taking up the new works Considering the disadvantage of the State in implementing MGNREGS due to high density of population, low per capital land availability and scarcity of Common land. Hence, the Mission Director, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in his letter read had requested permission to conduct the following activities to prepare a State specific working instruction for taking up the new works. 1. Consultation Meeting of the following associated Line Departments (1) Agriculture, (2) Animal Husbandry, (3) Dairy Development Department, (4) Soil Conservation, (5) Minor irrigation, (6) Fisheries, (7) Suchitwa Mission, (8)Kerala State Poultry Development Corporation (KEPCO), (9) Planning and Economic Affairs, (10) Harbour Engineering, (11) Sports Council, (12) Social Welfare, (13) Kerala State Rural Roads Development Agency (KSRRDA), (14)SIRD In the meeting, Working Group for each Department will be constituted with Department Representative, one subject expert & facilitating NREGA official (The facilitating MGNREGA Official consists of foint Programme Coordinators and Programme Officers at the State Mission). 2. Working Group Meetings The working groups will have sittings and develop detailed working instructions including technical specifications, possibilities of convergence, typical estimates and designs suitable for local Conditions. The outcome of the meetings is the development of draft proposal including technical specifications, designs & estimates. 3. State level Workshop for fine tuning the draft proposals A state level Workshop for presentation of the draft proposal should be organized. Each working group shall present their proposal in the workshop. Based on the outcome of the workshop manual for new works under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme should be finalized and released. 4. State level Workshop of Master Trainers A State level master trainers training should organized by SIRD either at Thiruvananthapuram or Kottarakkara with selected 3 to 4 Master Training from each districts. This should follow District level Training of Trainers selected by the Blocks who in turn Conduct training on the new manual to the GPPresidents, Secretaries, mates, dedicated Data Entry Operators and Engineers Overseers. The workers/functionaries/Grama Panchayat Member, Secretary, President etc. at grassroots level who are doing good works should be identified at district wise. Based on this training should be made available. There should be a component of field visit also incorporated in training. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord sanction for the above activities to prepare state specific working instruction for taking up of the new Works. കുടുംബശ്രീ - ആശയ പദ്ധതി - ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളെ എ.എ.വൈ. പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയതും, ഭവന നിർമ്മാണത്തിനുള്ള തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതിന് നിജപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്ന കാലാവധികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയതുമായ ഉത്തരവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച (തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (ഐ.എ.) വകുപ്പ്, സഉ(കൈ) നം. 219/2013/തസ്വഭവ TVPM, dt. 10-06-13) സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - കുടുംബശ്രീ - ആശയ പദ്ധതി - ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളെ എ.എ.വൈ പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയും, ഭവന നിർമ്മാണത്തിനുള്ള തുക വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതിന് നിജപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്ന കാലാവധികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയും ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. പരാമർശം: (1) αυ.52.
