സംബന്ധിച്ച പ്രൊപ്പോസൽ നിലവിലുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച തീരുമാനമാകാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ സെല്ലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഫയലുകൾ, ഫർണീച്ചർ, കംപ്യൂട്ടർ തുടങ്ങിയ അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പോൾ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സ്വരാജ് ഭവനിലെ താഴത്തെ നില സർക്കാർ, ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ കേരളാ മിഷന് അനുവദി ച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതായതിനാൽ സോഷ്യൽ ഓഡിറ്റ് സെല്ലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ അടിയന്തിരമായി ഇവിടെ നിന്നും ഗ്രാമവികസന കമ്മീഷണർക്ക് കൈമാറി പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലം ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ കേരള മിഷന് ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്ത് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് താഴെപറയുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. (i) സോഷ്യൽ ഓഡിറ്റ് സെല്ലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഫർണീച്ചർ, അലമാര, കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ എന്നിവ വികേന്ദ്രീകൃത ഭരണത്തിനായി നടത്തുന്ന അന്തർദേശീയ സമ്മേളനത്തിന് പുതിയതായി തുറന്ന ഓഫീസിന് താൽക്കാലികമായി കൈമാറുകയും സമ്മേളനത്തിനു ശേഷം ഗ്രാമവികസന കമ്മീഷണർക്ക് കൈമാറുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. (1) സ്റ്റീൽ ടേബിൾ - 6, (2) ഓഫീസ് ചെയർ - 2, (3) കുഷൻ ചെയർ - 13, (4) കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ചെയർ - 1, (5) സ്റ്റീൽ ചെയർ - 7, (6) ബുക്ക് ഷെൽഫ് - 1, (7) ലോക്കർ ഷെൽഫ് - 1, (8) വുഡൻ സ്റ്റുൾ -5, (9) കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ടേബിൾ - 3, (10) ഫയൽ സ്റ്റാന്റ് - 1, (11) ഫോട്ടോസ്റ്റാറ്റ് മെഷീൻ (ഷാർപ്പ്) - 1, (12) ഇലക്രടിക് ഹീറ്റർ - 1, (13) കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ വിത്ത് മെറ്റീരിയൽസ് - 2, (14) പവ്വർ പ്ലഗ് - 2. (i) മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ദേശീയഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ സോഷ്യൽ ഓഡിറ്റുമായി ബന്ധ പ്പെട്ട ഫയലുകൾ MGNREGA മിഷന് കൈമാറേണ്ടതാണ്. (iii) മാതൃക സോഷ്യൽ ഓഡിറ്റിനായി ലഭ്യമായ തുകയിൽ ബാങ്ക്/ട്രഷറിയിൽ ബാക്കിയുള്ള തുക KILA-യ്ക്ക് കൈമാറേണ്ടതാണ്. (iv) സോഷ്യൽ ഓഡിറ്റ് സെല്ലിൽ വർക്കിംഗ് അറേഞ്ച്മെന്റിൽ അറ്റാച്ചു ചെയ്തിരുന്നതും MGNREGA Mission - Golde6 on)nalo മാറ്റം നൽകപ്പെട്ടതുമായ സെറികൾച്ചർ ഓഫീസർമാരായ ശ്രീമതി. ബിന്ദു, ശ്രീമതി റസലിൻ എന്നിവർ മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ നടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനും, KILA യ്ക്ക് തിരികെ നൽകുന്ന പണത്തിന്റെ ചെക്ക് ഒപ്പിടാൻ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പെർഫോർമൻസ് ഓഡിറ്റ് ഓഫീസറെ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊണ്ടും ഇതിനാൽ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. (Rt) No. 2380/2013/LSGD, Tvpm, Dt.25-09-2013) Abstract:- Local Self Government Department - Creation of revenue database in local self governments through sanchaya software-Orders issued. Read:- (1) Letter No. IKM/LoBE/Sanchaya/14/2012 dated 15-04-2013 from the Executive Chairman and Director, Information Kerala Mission. (2) Letter No. C3-6865/2011 dated 24-06-2013& dated nil from the Director of Panchayats ORDER As part of the implementation of total e-Governance in Local Self Government Institutions, Government had decided to create a revenue databasepertaining to property tax, profession tax, renton land and building, entertainment tax, D&O license etc. in all the local bodies. The Executive Chairman & Director, Information Kerala Mission vide letter read as 1st paper above has furnished a proposal for conducting data entry of the revenue database. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord sanction to carry out the Computerization and digitization of revenue databasepertaining to the property tax of the Local Self Government Institutions in the State. The rates for creation of revenue database is appended. The expenditure in this regard will be met from the plansown/General Purpose fund of the concerned local body.
