COUDENABLEMENT OFSDCS - NPRINCIPLEAPPROVAL ACCORDED ORDERS ISSUED information Technology (B) Department, G.O. (Rt) No. 206/2013/ITD, Tvpm, Dt. 09-09-2013) Abstract:-Information Technology Department - Cloud enablement of SDCs-Inprinciple approval accorded-Orders issued. Read:- (1) D.O. Letter number 3(44)/2011-EG-11, dated 14-06-13 of Secretary, Deity Government of India (2) Letter number KSITM/SDC/Gen/2013/1454, dated 30-07-13 from the Director, KSITM. ORDER As per letter read as second paper above, the Director, KSITM has requested Government to accord sanction for cloud implementation in SDCs. By definition, "cloud Computing is a model for enabling ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g. networks, servers, storage applications and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction.” Cloud Computing is a model of delivering, sharing ICT resources (Infrastructure, platform and application) over the internet which can be accessed on demand and elastically provisioned with minimal effort. Cloud computing will enable Government departments and agencies to reduce long IT procurement cycle, optimally reuse existing infrastructure platform and application and thereby to reduce Cost. Director, KSITM has proposed cloud enablement of co-hosted servers in the SDC-2 at Technopark to use the common infrastructure in a more efficient and cost effective manner by utilizing the advantage of cloud computing and suggested way forward for the complete migration of the SDC to cloud environment. With the implementation of cloud infrastructure the amount of power consumption, rack space infrastructure Cost, additional server purchase from various departments can be reduced. It would also result in huge savings in hardware infrastructure and power Costs, and the optimum utilization of resources available in SDC can also be ensured. As per letter read as first paper Deity, Government of India has recommended the use of the cloud infrastructure for effective delivery of e-services. Government have examined the matter and are pleased to accord in principle approval for cloud enablement of SDC-2 at Technopark. Director, KSITM is authorized to prepare RFP for the purpose. കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 85 പ്രകാരവും കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 82 പ്രകാരവും സ്പെഷ്യൽ കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുമതി നൽകിയ ഉത്തരവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച (തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (ആർ.എ) വകുപ്പ്, സ.ഉ.(ആർ.ടി) നം. 2343/2013/comeo TVPM, dt. 19-09-13) സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 85 പ്രകാരവും കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 82 പ്രകാരവും സ്പെഷ്യൽ കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവി ക്കുന്നു. പരാമർശം: കൊല്ലം കോർപ്പറേഷൻ സെക്രട്ടറിയുടെ 14-08-2012-ലെ PW8/46813/12 നമ്പർ കത്ത്. ഉത്തരവ് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ റോഡ് നിർമ്മാണം, മറ്റ വികസന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ക്കായി സൗജന്യമായി സ്ഥലം വിട്ട് കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകളിൽ ഇളവ് നൽകുന്നതിനായി കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 85, കേരള പഞ്ചാ യത്ത് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 82 പ്രകാരം അതത് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ഒരു സ്പെഷ്യൽ കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. നിരവധി കോർപ്പറേഷനുകളും, മുനിസി പ്പാലിറ്റികളും, പഞ്ചായത്തുകളും റോഡ് വികസനത്തിനും മറ്റു വികസന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കും സ്ഥലം സറണ്ടർ ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്ക് കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഇളവ് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതിനായി ചട്ടപ്രകാ രമുള്ള സ്പെഷ്യൽ കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകണമെന്ന് സർക്കാരിനോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടി രുന്നു.

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
