പരാമർശം (2)-ലെ സംസ്ഥാന തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് കൗൺസിലിന്റെ തീരുമാന പ്രകാരം പരാമർശം (3)-ൽ മിഷൻ ഡയറക്ടർ അഭ്യർത്ഥിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

സർക്കാർ ഇക്കാര്യം വിശദമായി പരിശോധിക്കുകയും മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പു പദ്ധതി പ്രകാരം ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തുകളിൽ പുതുതായി ഡേറ്റാ എൻട്രി ഓപ്പറേറ്ററെ നിയോഗി ച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഒരു പൂർണ്ണ സമയ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ലഭ്യമാക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ലായെന്ന് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുകയാ ണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് സെക്രട്ടറിക്ക് ഒരു പുതിയ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴി ലുറപ്പു പദ്ധതിയിൽ നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾക്ക് അനുസൃതമായും ആയതിന്റെ ചെലവ് അടക്കം ഭരണ ചെലവ് 4% അധികരിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നുറപ്പാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടും സ്റ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് നിബന്ധനകൾക്കനുസരിച്ചു വാങ്ങുവാൻ അനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

COLLECTION OF FUNDS FROM LOCAL GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROVIDED BY INFORMATION KERALA MISSION DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT FROM THE PLAN FUND ALLOTTED TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS-SANCTION ACCORDED - ORDERS ISSUED [Local Self Government (IB) Department, G.O. (Rt) No. 152/2013/LSGD, Tvpm, Dt.21-01-2013]

Abstract:- Local Self Government Department - Collection of funds from local government institutions for the technical support provided by Information Kerala Mission-Deduction of amount from the plan fund allotted to the local government institutions-sanction-accorded-orders issued.

Read:-

(1) G.O.(Rt) No. 1265/09/LSGD dated 29-05-2009.

(2) Letter No. KM/GP/6520/2012 dated 03-01-2013 from the Executive Chairman & Director, Information Kerala Mission

(3) Decision No. 1.7 of the State Level Co-ordination Committee dated 21-11-2012.

ORDER As per the Government order read above, sanction was accorded to collect funds from the Local Self Government Institutions for the technical support rendered by Information Kerala Mission. The Executive Chairman & Director, Information Kerala Mission as per the letter read above has informed that most of the local bodies have not remitted due amount still date and has requested Government to deduct the amount due to information Kerala Mission from the plan fund allotted to the local bodies with the details of dues appended with this Government Order. The Co-ordination Committee meeting held on 21-11-2012 had directed Information Kerala Mission to submit the proposal to Government.

Government have examined the proposal in detail and are pleased to accord sanction to deduct the amounts due to the information Kerala Mission from the local Self Government Institutions for the technical support rendered by Information Kerala Mission from the plan fund and to remit the amount to Information Kerala Mission as detailed in the Annexure.

The Local Self Government (FM). Department shall issue separate Government Order directing the Director of Panchayats, the Director of Urban Affairs and the Commissioner for Rural Development to recover the dues at once.

‘സാംഖ്യ' സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയർ വിന്യസിക്കാത്ത തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ജനറൽ പർപ്പസ് ഗ്രാന്റിൽ നിന്നും തുക കുറവ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകിയ ഉത്തരവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച്

[തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (ഐ.ബി.) വകുപ്പ്, സഉ(സാധാ) നം. 168/2013/തസ്വഭവ TVPM, dt. 22-01-13] സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - 'സാംഖ്യ' സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയർ വിന്യസിക്കാത്ത തദ്ദേശസ്വയം ഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ജനറൽ പർപ്പസ് ഗ്രാന്റിൽ നിന്നും തുക കുറവ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

പരാമർശം:-

(1) സംസ്ഥാനതല കോർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ 16-01-2013-ലെ 2.1.3 നമ്പർ തീരുമാനം.

ഉത്തരവ്

സംസ്ഥാനതല കോഓർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ 16-01-2013-ലെ തീരുമാന പ്രകാരം 2013-ലെ മാർച്ച് 1-നകം ‘സാംഖ്യ' സോഫ്റ്റ് വെയർ വിന്യസിക്കാത്ത തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ജനറൽ പർപ്പസ് ഗ്രാന്റിൽ നിന്ന് 5% തുക കുറവ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
