Sub:- Local Self Government Department-implementation of National Optical Fibre Network Project in Kerala - Instructions issued reg. Ref:- 1. G.O.(Ms) No. 21/2012/ITD dated 20-10-12. 2. G.O.(R) No. 216/2014/ITD dated 30-9-14. 3. Minutes of the meeting of National Optical Fibre Network in Kerala held on 7-10-14. National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) project aims at providing broadband connectivity to Grama Panchayats. As per the Government order read as 1st paper above, ROW permission was granted to M/s. Bharat Broad Band Network Limited (BBNL) for carrying out the national Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) project without levying any charges by the Government & Local Bodies for implementing the project in an effective and efficient manner, the following instructions are issued. i) The members of the 3 tier Monitoring Committee constituted as per Government Order 2nd cited should facilitate laying of Optical Fibre Cables in their respective roads. ii) The Grama Panchayats in the State should provide a minimum building space of 50 Square feet, free of cost with 200W power in every Panchayat premises to BBNL for the installation of equipment of NOFN project.    കയർ ബോർഡ് ചെയർമാന്റെ 27-2-13 തീയതിയിലെ കത്തിലൂടെ രാജ്യത്തെ കയർ മേഖലയെ സംര ക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി വിവിധ കയർ ഉത്പന്നങ്ങൾ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കയർ ബോർഡ് പുറത്തിറക്കുന്ന പുതിയ ഉത്പന്നമാണ് കയർ ഭൂവസ്ത്രം അഥവാ കയർ ജിയോടെക്റ്റയിൽസ്. ഇത് ഗ്രാമീണ റോഡുകൾ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും, ഗ്രാമങ്ങളിലെ കുളം, തോട്, മല, നദി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ മണ്ണിടിച്ചിലും മണ്ണൊലിപ്പും തടയുന്നതിനും ഫലപ്രദമാണ്.
കയർ ബോർഡിന്റെ ആവശ്യപ്രകാരം കയർമേഖലയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ എല്ലാ നഗരസഭകൾ, ഗ്രാമ, ബ്ലോക്ക്, ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ പ്രോജക്ട്ടുകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കുമ്പോൾ കയർ ഭൂവസ്ത്രം പരമാവധി പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും ആവശ്യമായ മുൻ

തുക്കം നൽകണമെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു.

പെർഫോമൻസ് ഓഡിറ്റ് യൂണിറ്റുകളുടെ ക്രൈതമാസ ഓഡിറ്റ് ഭൗതിക പരിശോധനകൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് സർക്കുലർ (തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (എ.എ) വകുപ്പ്, നം. 10054/എഎ3/14/തസ്വഭവ. TVPM, dt. 03-12-2014) വിഷയം - തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - പെർഫോമൻസ് ഓഡിറ്റ് യൂണിറ്റുകളുടെ ക്രൈതമാസ ഓഡിറ്റ ഭൗതിക പരിശോധന കൂടി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച്,

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
