ORDER

As per the Government order read as first paper above, sanction was accorded to the Grama Panchayats to purchase computers and peripherals from KELTRON at a rate less than DGS&D rate and if there is no DGS&D Rate in force, the computers and peripherals should also be purchased from the KELTRON itself. The President, Pangode Grama Panchayat, vide his letter read as second paper above has requested Government to issue clarification on whether advance payment for the supply of computers and peripherals supplied by the KELTRON need be made.

Government have examined the matter in detail in Consultation with the Managing Director, Keltron, the Director of Panchayats, the Executive Chairman & Director, Information Kerala Mission and the State Performance Audit Officer and are pleased to order as follows:

(i) Keltron will not insist advance payment for the supply of Computers and peripherals to Local Self Government Institutions.

(ii) A clause will be included in the purchase orders issued by Local Self Government Institutions, stating that payment will be made within 15 days on receipt of the items.

(iii) On receipt of the purchase order by the Local Self Government Institutions, Keltron will supply items within three weeks.

(iv) if the purchase order contains more than one item, payment shall be made for the items of which supply is completed. If a few numbers of a particular item is supplied, it will not be treated as supply completed.

പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പോഷകാഹര വിതരണം നടത്തുന്നതിന് തഹസീൽദാരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രത്തിനു പകരം പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന ഓഫീസറുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം മതിയെന്ന ഉത്തരവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച്

സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പോഷകാഹാര വിതരണം നടത്തുന്നതിന് തഹസീൽദാരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രത്തിനു പകരം പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന ഓഫീസറുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം മതിയെന്ന് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

പരാമർശം:- സംസ്ഥാനതല കോ-ഓർഡിനേഷൻ സമിതിയുടെ 23.1.13-ലെ 2.1.8 നമ്പർ തീരുമാനം.

ഉത്തരവ് പരാമർശത്തിലെ തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പോഷകാഹാര വിതരണം നടത്തുന്നതിന് തഹസീൽദാർമാരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രത്തിനു പകരം പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വികസന ഓഫീസർമാരുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപത്രം മതിയാകുമെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഉപപദ്ധതി (റ്റി.എസ്.പി.) പ്രകാരം ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്ന നടപ്പാതയുടെ വീതി 3 മീറ്ററായി ഉയർത്താനും കോൺക്രീറ്റ്, ടാർ എന്നിവ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും അനുമതി നൽകിയ ഉത്തരവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച

സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഉപപദ്ധതി (റ്റി.എസ്.പി) പ്രകാരം ഏറ്റെടു ക്കുന്ന നടപ്പാതയുടെ വീതി 3 മീറ്ററായി ഉയർത്താനും കോൺക്രീറ്റ്, ടാർ എന്നിവ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും അനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ് പരാമർശത്തിലെ തീരുമാനപ്രകാരം പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ ഉപപദ്ധതി (റ്റി.എസ്.പി.) പ്രകാരം ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്ന നടപ്പാതയുടെ വീതി മൂന്ന് മീറ്ററായി ഉയർത്തുന്നതിനും, കോൺക്രീറ്റ്, ടാർ എന്നിവ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും അനുമതി നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
