കുറിപ്പ്.- 1. ഒരു കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിലും വശത്തുമായി രണ്ടുതരം റോഡുകളുണ്ടായിരിക്കു കയും അവയിൽ ഒരു റോഡിൽനിന്നു മാത്രം കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനമാർഗ്ഗം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിരി ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന സംഗതിയിൽ, അവയിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട റോഡിൽനിന്ന് കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് വഴി സൗകര്യത്തിന്റെ ലഭ്യതയുള്ളതായി കണക്കാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്
2. ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രധാന റോഡിൽ നിന്ന് പത്ത് മീറ്റർ മാത്രം ദൂരത്തിൽ മറ്റൊരു അപ്രധാന റോഡ് മുഖേനയോ പൊതുനടപ്പാത മുഖേനയോ കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് വഴി സൗകര്യം ലഭ്യമാക്കിയി ട്ടുള്ള സംഗതിയിൽ, ആദ്യം പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരമുള്ള റോഡിൽനിന്ന് കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് വഴി സൗക ര്യത്തിന്റെ ലഭ്യതയുള്ളതായി കണക്കാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്

കുറിപ്പ്.- 1. ഒരു കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ മുമ്പിലും വശത്തുമായി രണ്ടു തരം റോഡുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയും അവയിൽ ഒരു റോഡിൽനിന്ന് മാത്രം കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനമാർഗ്ഗം ഏർപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന സംഗതിയിൽ, അവയിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട റോഡിൽനിന്ന് കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് വഴി സൗകര്യത്തിന്റെ ലഭ്യതയുള്ളതായി കണക്കാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
കുറിപ്പ്.- 2. ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പ്രധാന റോഡിൽ നിന്ന് പത്ത് മീറ്റർ മാത്രം ദൂരത്തിൽ മറ്റൊരു അപ്രധാന റോഡ് മുഖേനയോ പൊതു നടപ്പാത മുഖേനയോ കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക് വഴി സൗകര്യം ലഭ്യമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള സംഗതിയിൽ, ആദ്യം പറഞ്ഞ പ്രകാരമുള്ള റോഡിൽ നിന്ന് കെട്ടിടത്തിലേക്ക്, വഴി സൗകര്യത്തിന്റെ ലഭ്യതയുള്ളതായി കണക്കാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
കുറിപ്പ്.- 3. ഒന്നും രണ്ടും തരം റോഡുകളെ 8-ാം ചട്ടപ്രകാരം നിശ്ചയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്
