സ്ക്വാഡിന്റെ ചുമതലകൾ താഴെ പറയുന്നതാണ്

1. അവധി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണങ്ങൾ അനധികൃതമായി നടത്തുന്നുണ്ടോയെന്ന് കണ്ടു പിടിക്കുവാൻ പരിശോധനകൾ നടത്തുകയും അടിയന്തിരമായി അത്തരം പണികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്ക്പിക്കുവാൻ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.

2. അനധികൃത നിർമ്മാണങ്ങൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കാൻ നോട്ടീസ് നൽകുക.

3. നോട്ടീസ് നൽകിയിട്ടും നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കാതെ നിർമ്മാണം തുടരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പോലീസ് സഹായം തേടി നിർമ്മാണ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നിർത്തി വയ്ക്ക്പിക്കുക. അതു സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദമായ റിപ്പോർട്ട ഗവൺമെന്റിനു നൽകുക.

4; അനധികൃത നിർമ്മാണങ്ങളുടെ ഫോട്ടോ ജില്ലാ ടൗൺപ്ലാനർമാർ ക്യാമറയിൽ പകർത്തേണ്ടതും ഗവൺമെന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറിയേയും ചീഫ് ടൗൺ പ്ലാനറേയും അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.

5. എല്ലാ ദിവസവും അനധികൃത നിർമ്മാണങ്ങൾ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റിപ്പോർട്ട തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ സെക്രട്ടറി, ചീഫ് ടൗൺ പ്ലാനർ എന്നിവരെ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന E-mail ID മുഖാന്തിരം അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

ESTABLISHMENT OF HOSPITAL KOSKS IN THE GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE HOSPITALS IN THE CORPORATION AREA- ORDERS

Abstract:- Establishment of Hospital Kiosks in the Government and Private Hospitals in the Corporation area-Pilot Project for Online civil Registration and Related Services at Corporations-entrusting Information Kerala Mission to run pilots in five hospitals and fixing service charges-sanctioned-orders issued.

Read:- 1) G.O.(M.S) No. 273/2004/LSGD 2) Letter No. KM/EMD/VIP/217/2005 dated 10/11/2005 of the Executive Mission Director, information Kerala Mission, Thiruvananthapuram.

                                                                                          ORDER

As per the GO read above, Government had approved a proposal for establishing Hospital Kiosks in 52 Government Hospitals and 130 Private Hospitals in 5 Corporation areas for improving service delivery relating to civil registrations in Corporations. In order to finalise the details of operationalising the project, Government had convened a detailed meeting on 2nd August and 25th August 2005. Based on the decisions arrived at the meetings Government are pleased to issue the following orders: 1) The Executive Mission Director, Information Kerala Mission is permitted to run pilots in five hospitals namely Sri Avittom Thirunal Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram; Government Victoria Hospital, Kollam; General Hospital, Ernakulam; District Hospital, Thrissurand Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Kozhikode and issue Section 12 Certificates without claiming service charges in relaxation of the GO(MS) No. 273/04/LSGD dated 14/09/2004 till 31st December, 2005.

The relaxation shall be applicable to the other Kiosks commissioned before 31st December 2005. 2) From 1st January 2006 onwards the Executive Mission Director, Information Kerala Mission jointly with Kudumbashree shall run the Hospital Kiosks on a pilot basis till 31st March 2006 collecting service charges (@ Rs.15/- on an experimental basis for the delivery of the Section 12 certificates in relaxation of the GO (MS) No. 273/04/LSGD dated 14/09/2004.

3) An awareness Programme on the Hospital Kiosks shall be jointly organised by the KM and the Corporations in all the hospitals where the programme has already been launched.

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
