ORDER

In partial modification of the Government orders read as 2"paper above, Government are pleased to incorporate the following change in Kerala State Entrepreneur Development Mission registration process.

“The registration of prospective applicants with Kerala State Entrepreneur Development Mission shall be an ongoing process through the website http://www.kfo.org/or any other website announced by Kerala Financial Corporation or other authorized agencies from time to time.

The prospective applicants shall apply online and take a print out of the registration form and submit the print out to the Concerned local body and inturn, the Secretary of that local body or an officer authorised by him may Certify:

(1) that the enterprise is proposed in the concerned local body;

(2) that at least one of the promoters is a resident of that local body;

(3) Such registration forms shall be forwarded to the concerned Branch of Kerala Financial Corporation;

Government Order read as 2"paper above stands modified to the above extent.

SELECTION OF OFFICIALS FOR SOCIAL AUDIT SEARCH COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED - ORDERS ISSUED

Abstract:- Local Self Government Department-Selection of officials for social Audit-Search committee constituted- Orders issued.

Read:-

(1) Letter No. M-13015/2/2012-MGNREGA-VII dated 05-07-2012 from Government of India, Ministry of Rural Development (MGNREGA Division)

(2) Letter No. 7414/EGS.02/12/CRD dated 18-10-2012 from the Mission Director, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.

ORDER

As per the letter read as 1 paper above, Government of India had instructed to set up an independent Social Audit unit in the States. The Mission Director, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in his letter read as 2" paper above had requested to constitute a search committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal Secretary (Local Self Government Department) and the Commissioner for Rural Development and the Mission Director (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme) as members for identifying and selecting the Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Social Audit unit.

Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to Constitute a search Committee under the Chairmanship of the Principal Secretary (Local Self Government Department) with the Commissioner for Rural Development and the Mission Director (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme) as members. The search committee will identity and recommend the Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Social Audit unit. The Director will be of the same rank or senior to Director, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme.
