Abstract:- General Education-Aided School teachers-Leave-Presidents/Chairman/Chairpersons/ members of the local bodies under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and Kerala Municipalities Act, 1994-Sanctioned-Orders issued.
Read:- Letter No.H4/77646/96/DPI dated. 14.3.1997 from the Director of Public Instruction.
Government are pleased to order that Aided School teachers elected as;
i. Presidents/Chairmen/Chairpersons of local bodies Constituted under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and the Kerala Municipalities Act, 1994 will be granted special leave without pay for attending their duties under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act/Kerala Municipalities Act for one entire academic year at a time or part thereof or for the entire period of their holding such office. The period of such leave will be counted for increments, higher scale of pay and pension, but not for leave, if so requested.
ii. Presidents/Chairmen/Chairpersons of local bodies constituted under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act 1994 and Kerala Municipalities Act 1994 and chairmen/chairpersons of standing Committees Constituted under such local bodies will be granted duty leave upto 20 days in an academic year without detrimental to their duties and responsibilities being a teacher in the school and to the academic interest of the students fo attending to the meetings of the concerned local bodies.
iii. The members of the local bodies constituted under the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act 1994 and Kerala Municipalities Act 1994, will be granted duty leave upto 15 days in an academic year without detrimental to their duties and responsibilities being a teacher in the school and to the academic interest of the students for attending to the meeting of the concerned local bodies.
2. The Director of Public Instruction will forward necessary proposals for the formal amendment of Rule 56, Chapter XIVA, Kerala Education Rules.

1994-ലെ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് രാജ് ആക്റ്റ് (1994-ലെ 13) 156-ാം വകുപ്പ് (4)-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പ് (സി) ഖണ്ഡപ്രകാരം ഗ്രാമ, ബ്ലോക്ക്, ജില്ലാപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡൻറു മാർക്ക് ഒരു സമയത്ത് ചെലവാക്കാവുന്ന കണ്ടിൻജൻറ് ചെലവുകളുടെ പരിധി യഥാക്രമം 5,000 രൂപ, 7,500 രൂപ, 10,000 രൂപ ആയി നിശ്ചയിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് പരാമർശത്തിലെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. അതനുസരിച്ച ചെലവാക്കുന്ന കണ്ടിൻജൻറു ചെലവുകൾ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ആഫീസ് കാര്യങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടിയുള്ളതായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
- 1. ഔദ്യോഗിക പത്രപരസ്യങ്ങൾ, ടെണ്ടർ, നോട്ടീസ്, ക്വട്ടേഷൻ മുതലായവ
- 2. സൈക്കിളുകൾ വാങ്ങലും കേടുപാടുകൾ തീർക്കലും
- 3. പുസ്തകങ്ങളും ആനുകാലിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങളും ബയന്റ് ചെയ്യൽ
- 4. ഓഫീസ് ഉപയോഗത്തിനുള്ള പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങൽ
