(ix) The Information Kerala Mission is authorized to proceed with the server to server integration of Local Self Government Department and State Bank Group servers. (x) The State Bank Group will provide a Point of Sale (POS) machine free of cost/rent to each Local Self Government Institution, so thattax/fees due to them can be credited to the account of Local Self Government Institution from the bank account of the Customers instantly by swiping a credit/debit card. (xi) in case of the POS machine also, in addition to the tax/fees amount, usual transaction charge of the bank as applicable should also be paid by the customer, which depends upon the type of card they are holding. (xii) The Local Self Government Institutions are permitted to apply for a separate telephone connection exclusively for this purpose. (xiii) The consolidated amount of transactions of each PoS machine will be credited directly to the account of the Local Self Government Institutions electronically on the next working day by the concerned bank. (2) സംസ്ഥാനതല കോർഡിനേഷൻ കമ്മിറ്റിയുടെ 19-03-2013-ലെ 3.35 നമ്പർ തീരുമാനം. ഉത്തരവ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ത്രിതല പഞ്ചായത്തുകളിലെ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വിംഗിന് ഓരോ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ വാങ്ങി ക്രമീകരിക്കണമെന്ന് പരാമർശം (1) പ്രകാരം നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകിയിരുന്നു. അപ്രകാരം കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ വാങ്ങാത്ത ത്രിതല പഞ്ചായത്തുകൾക്ക് ഈ വർഷത്തെ പ്ലാൻ ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് അനുമതി നൽകി ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. Read:- (1) D.O. No.J-11013/2/2007-NSAP dated 16-02-2009 and 17-02-2009 from the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi. (2) Office Memorandum No.J-1 1012/1/2009-NSAP dated 30-09-2009 (3) Office Memorandum No. J-11015/1/2011-NSAP dated 30-06-2011 ORDER Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India vide reference 1st cited above has introduced two new schemes viz. Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS) and Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS) under National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) from February 2009 onwards. Asper the Office Memorandum cited above the Ministry has proclaimedeligibility criteria for the implementation of the scheme. The Ministry has requested State Governments to introduce the new pension schemes in the State.
