(4) Letter No. 34.5/A1/06/RDB dated 10-10-2012 from the Special Officer Kerala State Rural Development Board (Defunct).

ORDER

In the circumstances reported by the Special Officer, Kerala State Rural Development Board (Defunct), Thiruvananthapuram in the letter read as 4th paper above, Government are pleased to accord sanction to hand over the work files of Kerala State Rural Development Board including the 7 case files now under the custody of Chief Engineer, Local Self Government Department office of Kerala Urban and Rural Development Finance Corporation Limited.

(2) The Managing Director, Kerala Urban and Rural Development Finance Corporation Ltd will take necessary follow up action in the above cases and to inform the developments in these cases to Chief Engineer, Local Self Government Department in order to safeguard the interest of Government in this regard. The Chief Engineer, Local Self Government will render technical assistance to Kerala Urban and Rural Development Finance Corporation Ltd for defending these cases as and when needed.

(3) The Managing Director, Kerala Urban and Rural Development Finance Corporation Ltd will issue proper acknowledgment with the name and designation of the Officer who receives the files from Kerala State Rural Development Board.

സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - പ്രന്തണ്ടാം പഞ്ചവത്സര പദ്ധതി മാർഗ്ഗരേഖ - ജില്ലാപഞ്ചായത്തുകളുടേയും, കോർപ്പറേഷനുകളുടേയും പ്രോജക്ടുകൾക്ക് അനുമതി നൽകുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരാതി തീർപ്പ് കൽപ്പിക്കുന്നത്-അപ്പലേറ്റ് കമ്മിറ്റി-വിശദീകരണം നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

ഉത്തരവ്

ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളുടേയും കോർപ്പറേഷനുകളുടേയും പ്രോജക്ടുകൾക്ക് അനുമതി നൽകുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരാതികളിൻമേൽ അപ്പീൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് സംസ്ഥാനതല അപ്പലേറ്റ്സമിതി രൂപീകരിക്കണമെന്ന ആവശ്യം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് അസോസിയേഷൻ ഭാരവാഹികൾ ഉന്നയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. 12-ാം പഞ്ചവത്സര പദ്ധതി മാർഗ്ഗരേഖ (പരാമർശം-1) ഖണ്ഡിക 12.5 പ്രകാരം പ്രോജക്ടുകൾ അനുമതി നൽകുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരാതികളിൽമേൽ തീർപ്പുകൽപ്പിക്കുവാൻ, ജില്ലാ തലത്തിൽ ഒരു അപ്പലേറ്റ് കമ്മിറ്റി രൂപീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് നിഷ്കർഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. മേൽ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പരാമർശം (1) ഉത്തരവിലെ ഖണ്ഡിക 12.5-ലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളുടെയും കോർപ്പറേഷനുകളുടേയും പ്രോജക്ടടുകൾക്ക് അനുമതി നൽകുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള പരാതികൾ അതാത് ജില്ലാ ടെക്നിക്കൽ അപ്പലേറ്റ് കമ്മിറ്റികൾക്ക് തീർപ്പുകൽപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്ന് വിശദീകരണം നൽകി ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

നിലത്തെഴുത്താശാൻമാർക്കും ആശാട്ടിമാർക്കുമുള്ള (കുടിപ്പള്ളിക്കുടം) പ്രതിമാസ ഗ്രാന്റ് - നിലവിലുള്ള ഗ്രാന്റ് തുക 500/- രൂപയായി വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച ഉത്തരവ് സംബന്ധിച്ച്

സംഗ്രഹം:- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - നിലത്തെഴുത്താശാന്മാർക്കും ആശാട്ടിമാർക്കുമുള്ള (കുടി പ്പള്ളിക്കുടം) പ്രതിമാസ ഗ്രാന്റ് - നിലവിലുള്ള ഗ്രാന്റ് തുക 500/- രൂപയായി വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
