Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification but is intended to indicated its general purport) Under sub-section (1) of section 188 of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, the Government or any officer empowered by the Government in this behalf may perform the functions with regard to matters enumerated in the said section. The Government have decided to empower the commissioner for rural development to perform the functions with regard to matters mentioned in clauses (a) to (f) of sub-section (1) of section 188 and the District Collector and Assistant Development Commissioner to perform the functions with regard to matters mentioned in clauses (a)(b), (c) and (f) of sub-section (1) of section 188 in any Block Panchayat in their respective area of jurisdiction. Constitution of 'Ombudsman' for Local Self Government Institutions

S. R. O. No. 454/2000- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 271 G of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (13 of 1994), the Government of Kerala hereby constitute an authority for Local Self Government Institutions at State level known by the name'Ombudsman' with effect from the 29th day of May, 2000, for conducting investigations and enquiries in respect of any action involving corruption or maladministration or irregularities in the discharge of administrative functions by Local Self Government Institutions or by an employee oran officer working under the Local Self Government Institutions or by an employee oran officer working in any office or institution transferred to such Local Self Government Institutions or by elected member of the Local Self Government Institution including its President or Chairperson and for the disposal of such complaints in accordance with the provisions of the said Act. Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) As persection 271 G of KPRAct 1994 (13 of 1994) Government of Kerala have decided to constitute Ombudsman for conducting investigations and enquiries in respect of any action involving Corruption or maladministration or irregularities in the Local Self Government Institutions.This notification is intended to give effect to this section.

ഗ്രാമ/ബോക്ക്/ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ പ്രസിഡന്റിലോ, വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റിലോ ഉള്ള അവിശ്വാസപ്രമേയം - ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻമാരെ ചുമതലകൾ നിർവഹിക്കുന്നതിന് അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു

എസ്.ആർ.ഒ. നമ്പർ 205/2000-1994-oo. കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് രാജ് ആക്റ്റ് (1994-ലെ 13) 275-ാം വകുപ്പിനോട് പ്രസ്തുത ആക്റ്റിലെ 157-ാം വകുപ്പ് കൂടി കൂട്ടിവായിച്ച പ്രകാരം നല്കപ്പെട്ട അധികാര ങ്ങൾ വിനിയോഗിച്ച കേരള സർക്കാർ 1996 ജൂൺ 15-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ജി.ഒ. (എംഎസ്) നമ്പർ 112/ 96/തഭവ. എന്ന വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചതും 1996 ജൂൺ 15-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 721-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റിൽ എസ്.ആർ.ഒ. നമ്പർ 477/96 ആയി പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയതുമായ വിജ്ഞാപന അതിലഘിച്ചുകൊണ്ടും ഗ്രാമ/ബോക്ക്/ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ പ്രസിഡന്റിലോ, വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റിലോ അവിശ്വാസം പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രമേയം അവതരിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള രേഖാമൂലമായ നോട്ടീസ് നേരിട്ട് കൈപ്പറ്റുന്നതിനും, പ്രസ്തുത പ്രമേയം പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതിനായി വിളിച്ചുകൂട്ടുന്ന യോഗത്തിൽ ആദ്ധ്യക്ഷം വഹിക്കുന്നതിനും താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ (1)-ാം കോളത്തിൽ പറയുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻമാരെ (2)-ാം കോളത്തിൽ പറയുന്ന ചുമതലകൾ നിർവഹിക്കുന്നതിന് ഇതിനാൽ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു. അതായത്:- (സ ഉ (എം. എസ്.) നമ്പർ 70/2000/തസ്വഭവ. തിരുവനന്തപുരം, 2000 മാർച്ച് 1]

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
