ജൂൺ 5-ന് തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയിലെ പണിയെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള മുഴുവൻ അംഗങ്ങളുടെയും നേതൃത്വ ത്തിൽ ഓരോ വാർഡിലും പരിസ്ഥിതി പുനസ്ഥാപന സന്ദേശ പ്രതിജ്ഞയും മരം നടീലും ഉണ്ടാകണം. മുൻ വർഷത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ദിവസം പണി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ അംഗങ്ങളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലായിരി ക്കണം മരം നടീൽ ഉത്സവം ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. സൂചന 1 പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഗവൺമെന്റ് സർക്കുലറിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള മറ്റെല്ലാ കർമ്മ പരിപാടികളും സമയ ബന്ധിതമായി തന്നെ നിർവ്വഹിച്ച പദ്ധതി ലക്ഷ്യം കൈവരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. LSGD-PAYMENT OF WAGES THROUGH POST OFFICESNRESPECT OF MGNREGS - DEPOSITING MONEY IN ADVANCE - CIRCULARISSUED (Local Self Government (DD) Department, No. 22.190/DD2/12/LSGD, Tvpm, dt.05-06-2012) Sub:- LSGD-Payment of wages through post offices in respect of MGNREGS-Depositing money in advance - Circular issued. Ref:- 1. Circular No. 16129/NREG Cell/09/CRD dated 7-8-2009 from Mission Director, MGN REGS. 2. Letter No. K-1 1015/1/2010/MGNREGA-1 dated August 2011 from Government of India, Ministry of Rural Development. 3. Letter No. 8214/EGS 02/08/CRD dated 31-3-2012 from Mission Director, MGNREGS. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act stipulates every worker to have anofrill accountina bank or post office of their choice. Now there are 12,29,178 member of active accounts in Kerala for workers Out of which 1,43,486 (12%) are in post offices. In Kerala, Funds are received at the district level by the District Programme Co-ordinator and he will distribute fund among the Block Programme Officers and from Block Programme Officers, the fund will reach the Grama Panchayat asper their requirement. In the case of post offices, the Grama Panchayat will give cheque to the post office who in turn will present it to the bank where the Panchayat is having account and the money will reach the post office account. This process takes very longtime and causes delay in payment. As per the letter read as 2nd paper above Government of India had requested districts to deposit money with the Head Post Offices at the District level to the time of two months requirement for enabling the post offices to avoid delay in payment. Commissioner for Rural Development had also instructed the districts to start depositing money with the Head Post Offices for the next two months in advance for smooth flow of funds to the beneficiaries. In these circumstances, Government instructs that the District Programme Co-ordinators shall start depositing money with the Head Post Offices for the next two months in advance for enabling the post offices to avoid delay in payment for the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act beneficiaries and the State, district and block level Committees shall monitor the activities. തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജനപ്രതിനിധികളുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക യാത്ര - സ്പഷ്ടീകരണം - സംബന്ധിച്ച സർക്കുലർ (തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ (ഇ.എം) വകുപ്പ്, നമ്പർ 24935/ഇ.എം./2012/തസ്വഭവ. TVpm്, തീയതി. 12-06-2012) വിഷയം :- തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ വകുപ്പ് - തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജനപ്രതിനിധികളുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക യാത്ര - സ്പഷ്ടീകരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്. സൂചന:- 18-09-2009-ലെ 39677/ഇഎം2/09/തസ്വഭവ നമ്പർ സർക്കുലർ. സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജനപ്രതിനിധികൾ, സെക്രട്ടറിമാർ മറ്റ് ഉദ്യോ ഗസ്ഥർ തുടങ്ങിയവർ പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളുമായി നേരിട്ട് ബന്ധമില്ലാത്ത കാര്യ ങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടിയും ഔദ്യോഗിക ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് എന്ന പേരിലും പ്രത്യേകമായോ പഠന സംഘങ്ങ ളായോ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനകത്തും പുറത്തും ഔദ്യോഗിക യാത്രകൾ നടത്തുന്നതായും അതിന് അനുമതി നൽകണമെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ട സർക്കാരിനെ സമീപിക്കുന്നതായും കണ്ടുവരുന്നു. ഇത്തരം യാത്രകൾ അനുവ ദനീയമല്ലായെന്നും, തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവർത്തനവുമായി നേരിട്ട് ബന്ധമില്ലാത്ത കാര്യ ങ്ങൾക്കുവേണ്ടി പഞ്ചായത്ത്/നഗരസഭ ഫണ്ടുപയോഗിച്ച സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനകത്തും പുറത്തും ഔദ്യോഗിക യാത്രകൾ നടത്താൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല എന്നും നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങ ളിലെ ജനപ്രതിനിധികൾ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് പുറത്തേക്ക് നടത്തുന്ന ഔദ്യോഗിക യാത്രകൾ, 1995-ലെ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് രാജ് (ജനപ്രതിനിധികൾക്കുള്ള ഓണറേറിയവും ബത്തകളും) ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 8(3)

ഈ താൾ 2018 -ലെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് റെപ്പോ നിർമ്മാണം യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി സൃഷ്ടിച്ചതാണ്.
