	കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 15(എ),4-ലെ പ്രൊവൈസോ പ്രകാരം 9 വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലയളവിലേയ്ക്ക് കെട്ടിടനിർമ്മാണാനുമതി പുതുക്കേണ്ടതോ/ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ച നൽകേണ്ടതോ ആയ കേസുകളിൽ സൂചന ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം രൂപീകരിച്ച കമ്മിറ്റി മുമ്പാകെ അപേക്ഷ
	സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.		കേരള മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളിലെ ചട്ടം 15(എ),4-ലെ പ്രൊവൈസോ പ്രകാരം 9 വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലയളവിലേയ്ക്ക് കെട്ടിടനിർമ്മാണാനുമതി പുതുക്കേണ്ടതോ/ദീർഘിപ്പിച്ച നൽകേണ്ടതോ ആയ കേസുകളിൽ സൂചന ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം രൂപീകരിച്ച കമ്മിറ്റി മുമ്പാകെ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണെന്ന് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
	i. അപേക്ഷ അനുബന്ധമായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള നിശ്ചിത പ്രൊഫോർമയിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നഗരസഭാ സെക്രട്ടറി മുമ്പാകെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ii. ഇപ്രകാരം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നഗരസഭാ സെക്രട്ടറി വിശദമായി പരിശോധിച്ച വ്യക്തമായ ശുപാർശയോടെ കമ്മിറ്റി മുൻപാകെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
			അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

			i. അപേക്ഷ അനുബന്ധമായി ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ള നിശ്ചിത പ്രൊഫോർമയിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നഗരസഭാ സെക്രട്ടറി മുമ്പാകെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

			ii. ഇപ്രകാരം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട നഗരസഭാ സെക്രട്ടറി വിശദമായി പരിശോധിച്ച വ്യക്തമായ ശുപാർശയോടെ കമ്മിറ്റി മുൻപാകെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
