	Some Local Self Government Institutions have sought clarification on whether the additional fee based on FAR prescribed under rule 31 of the Kerala Municipality Building Rules, 1999 collected during the granting of permit ~~needbelevied~~ while granting extension or renewal of the permit under Rule 15(3) or 15(5), as the case may be, of the said Rules. 2008-ലെ കേരള നെൽവയൽ തണ്ണീർത്തട സംരക്ഷണ നിയമം ബാധകമാകുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് തന്നെ നിലമെന്ന് റവന്യൂ രേഖകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളതു കാരണം വീടു നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിന് പെർമിറ്റ് ലഭി ക്കുന്നില്ല എന്ന പരാതികൾ ലഭിച്ചതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സർക്കാർ സൂചനയിലെ സർക്കുലറുകൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുകയും പ്രസ്തുത സർക്കുലറുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പെർമിറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതിന് നിർദ്ദേശം നൽകുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.
