For authentication of the electronic data in the various applications of TKM as apart of e-governance activities, the executive Chairman& Director, Information Kerala Mission vide his letter read above has furnished a proposal to provide digital signature facility to the approving authorities in the Local Self Government Institutions.
-Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord sanction to provide Class 2 DigitalSignature Certificate to the officers listed below, subject to the condition that the fundrequired for the purpose shall be met from their own fund or General Purpose Fund.
