	As per the GO read above, Government had approved a proposal for establishing Hospital Kiosks in 52 Government Hospitals and 130 Private Hospitals in 5 Corporation areas for improving service delivery relating to civil registrations in Corporations. In order to finalise the details of operationalising the project, Government had convened a detailed meeting on 2nd August and 25th August 2005. Based on the decisions arrived at the meetings Government are pleased to issue the following orders:		As per the GO read above, Government had approved a proposal for establishing Hospital Kiosks in 52 Government Hospitals and 130 Private Hospitals in 5 Corporation areas for improving service delivery relating to civil registrations in Corporations. In order to finalise the details of operationalising the project, Government had convened a detailed meeting on 2nd August and 25th August 2005. Based on the decisions arrived at the meetings Government are pleased to issue the following orders:
	1) The Executive Mission Director, Information Kerala Mission is permitted to run pilots in five hospitals namely Sri Avittom Thirunal Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram; Government Victoria Hospital, Kollam; General Hospital, Ernakulam; District Hospital, Thrissurand Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Kozhikode and issue Section 12 Certificates without claiming service charges in relaxation of the GO(MS) No. 273/04/LSGD dated 14/09/2004 till 31st December, 2005.
