			Section 6 (2)

	In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Travancore-Cochin Public Health Act (Act XVI of 1955) the Government of Kerala hereby make the following regulation, prescribing the qualifications for appointment to the various posts in the Public Health Establishment of Panchayats in the erstwhile Travancore-Cochin area of the State.		In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Travancore-Cochin Public Health Act (Act XVI of 1955) the Government of Kerala hereby make the following regulation, prescribing the qualifications for appointment to the various posts in the Public Health Establishment of Panchayats in the erstwhile Travancore-Cochin area of the State.

	In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Travancore-Cochin Public Health Act, 1955 (Act XVI of 1955) Government hereby authorise the Veterinary Surgeons of the Animal Husbandry Department to exercise within their respective jurisdiction all the powers of a Health Officer under the provisions of Chapter XII of the said Act.
