(4) തൊഴിൽ രഹിതവേതനം കുടുംബത്തിലെ എല്ലാ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും കൂടി സംസ്ഥാനസർക്കാർ വിജ്ഞാപനം വഴി ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളോ <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">വിത രണം </del>ചെയ്യണം. (5) ഉപവകുപ്പ് (1) പ്രകാരം തൊഴിൽ രഹിത വേതനം കൊടുക്കാൻ സമയമായ 15 ദിവസത്തി നകം അത് വിതരണം ചെയ്യണം. (6) ഈ നിയമപ്രകാരം തൊഴിൽ രഹിത വേതനം നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടിക്രമം സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ നിശ്ചയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 8. തൊഴിൽ രഹിത വേതനം നൽകാൻ കഴിയാത്ത പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യം.-(1) <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">തന്റേത ല്ലാത്ത </del>കാരണത്താൽ ഒരാൾക്ക് തൊഴിൽ രഹിതവേതനം നൽകാൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം ഓഫീസർക്ക് <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">കഴി യാതെ </del>വന്നാൽ അക്കാര്യം ജില്ലാ പ്രോഗ്രാം കോ-ഓർഡിനേറ്ററെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ വിവരം തന്റെ നോട്ടീസ് ബോർഡിലും ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പരസ്യ ബോർഡുകളിലും ആവശ്യമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന മറ്റ് പൊതു സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതുമാണ്. (2) ഒരാൾക്ക് തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മ വേതനം കൊടുക്കാതിരിക്കുകയോ താമസിപ്പിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അതിനുള്ള കാരണം ജില്ലാ പ്രോഗ്രാം കോ ഓർഡിനേറ്റർ തന്റെ വാർഷിക <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">റിപ്പോർട്ടി ലൂടെ </del>സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിനെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. (4) തൊഴിൽ രഹിതവേതനം കുടുംബത്തിലെ എല്ലാ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും കൂടി സംസ്ഥാനസർക്കാർ വിജ്ഞാപനം വഴി ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളോ വിത രണം ചെയ്യണം. (5) ഉപവകുപ്പ് (1) പ്രകാരം തൊഴിൽ രഹിത വേതനം കൊടുക്കാൻ സമയമായ 15 ദിവസത്തി നകം അത് വിതരണം ചെയ്യണം. (6) ഈ നിയമപ്രകാരം തൊഴിൽ രഹിത വേതനം നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടിക്രമം സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാർ നിശ്ചയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 8. തൊഴിൽ രഹിത വേതനം നൽകാൻ കഴിയാത്ത പ്രത്യേക സാഹചര്യം.-(1) തന്റേത ല്ലാത്ത കാരണത്താൽ ഒരാൾക്ക് തൊഴിൽ രഹിതവേതനം നൽകാൻ പ്രോഗ്രാം ഓഫീസർക്ക് കഴി യാതെ വന്നാൽ അക്കാര്യം ജില്ലാ പ്രോഗ്രാം കോ-ഓർഡിനേറ്ററെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതും ആ വിവരം തന്റെ നോട്ടീസ് ബോർഡിലും ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പരസ്യ ബോർഡുകളിലും ആവശ്യമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന മറ്റ് പൊതു സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതുമാണ്. (2) ഒരാൾക്ക് തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മ വേതനം കൊടുക്കാതിരിക്കുകയോ താമസിപ്പിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്താൽ അതിനുള്ള കാരണം ജില്ലാ പ്രോഗ്രാം കോ ഓർഡിനേറ്റർ തന്റെ വാർഷിക റിപ്പോർട്ടി ലൂടെ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിനെ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
