(1) തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുവാൻ നിശ്ച യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതിക്കു &#039;^(ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ചി ദിവസത്തിൽ കുറയാതെയുള്ള തീയതിക്ക് മുമ്പ് വരണാ ധികാരി നാമനിർദ്ദേശപ്രതിക ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊണ്ടും, ഏതു സ്ഥലത്താണോ നാമനിർദ്ദേശപ്രതിക സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതെന്നും, വോട്ടെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നത് ഏതൊക്കെ മണിക്കുറുകളിൽ ആയിരിക്കുമെന്നും വോട്ടെണ്ണൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചും വ്യക്തമാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് തദ്ദേശഭാഷയിലോ ഭാഷക ളിലോ 1-ാം നമ്പർ ഫോറത്തിൽ ഒരു നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.<br /> (2) (1)-ാം ഉപചട്ടപ്രകാരമുള്ള നോട്ടീസ് വരണാധികാരിയുടെ ആഫീസിലും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പഞ്ചായത്ത് ആഫീസിലും സംസ്ഥാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരമുള്ള മറ്റു സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലും പതിച്ച് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.<br /> 6. സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളുടെ നാമനിർദ്ദേശം. (1) ഒരു സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയെ 2-ാം നമ്പർ ഫാറത്തി ലുള്ള ഒരു നാമനിർദ്ദേശ പ്രതിക മുഖേന നാമനിർദ്ദേശം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും അതിലേക്കായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും നിയോജകമണ്ഡലത്തിലെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പട്ടികയിൽ പേരുള്ള ഒരു സമ്മതിദായകന്റെ അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ വരണാധികാരി 2-ാം നമ്പർ ഫാറം അയാൾക്ക് സൗജന്യമായി നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ്.<br /> (2) ഏതൊരു സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയും ആക്ടിന്റെ ഒന്നാം പട്ടികയിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഫാറത്തിൽ വരണാധികാരിയുടെയോ സംസ്ഥാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ആളിന്റെയോ മുമ്പാകെ സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞയോ, ദൃഢപ്രതിജ്ഞയോ ചെയ്ത് ഒപ്പ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.<br /> &#039;((2.എ) ഏതൊരു സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയും നാമനിർദ്ദേശ പ്രതികയോടൊപ്പം 2എ നമ്പർ ഫാറ ത്തിൽ വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ വരണാധികാരിയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.)<br /> (3) നാമനിർദ്ദേശ പ്രതിക കിട്ടിയാലുടൻ വരണാധികാരി അതു ഹാജരാക്കിയ മുറയ്ക്കനു സരിച്ച ക്രമമായി നമ്പരിടുകയും ഓരോ നാമ നിർദ്ദേശപ്രതികയിലും അത് ഹാജരാക്കിയ തീയ തിയും സമയവും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും 2-ാം നമ്പർ ഫാറത്തോടൊപ്പമുള്ള ഒരു രസീത നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ്.<br /> 7. സംസ്ഥാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷനിൽ നിന്ന് നൽകപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഒപ്പ വയ്ക്കക്കൽ- 52-ാം വകുപ്പ് (3)-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം സംസ്ഥാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകുന്ന ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ സംസ്ഥാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന്റെ സെക്രട്ടറി ഒപ്പിടേണ്ടതും അതിന്റെ ആഫീസ് മുദ്ര പതിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.<br /> 8. നിക്ഷേപത്തുക.- 53-ാം വകുപ്പ് (1)-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഒരു ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റേയോ, ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റേയോ, ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റേയോ ഒരു നിയോജകമണ്ഡലത്തിൽ നിന്നുള്ള തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിനുവേണ്ടി യഥാക്രമം “(ആയിരം രൂപയും, രണ്ടായിരം രൂപയും, മൂവാ യിരം രൂപയും) പ്രസ്തുത ഉപവകുപ്പിലെ ക്ലിപ്തത നിബന്ധനയ്ക്കു വിധേയമായി ഒരു സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കുകയോ കെട്ടി വയ്ക്ക്പിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.<br /> 9. നാമനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തൽ.
