(2) Appointment by transfer

(1) Must have passed SSLC Exam or its equivalent qualifications. (ii) (a) Must possess a Degree in Civil Engineering specified in item (1) in the Annexure

OR

(b) Must possess any of the Diploma in Civil Engineering mentioned in Section B of item (ii) in the Annexure and must have rendered service under the Panchayat Subordinate Service for a minimum period of two years

OR

(c) Must possess qualifications mentioned in item (iii) in the annexure and must have rendered service in the Panchayat Subordinate Service for a minimum period of five years of which not less than two years shall be in the category of First Grade Overseer.

(a) Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers from India in Civil Engineering or any other Diploma recognized as equivalent thereto. (b) Pass in Section A and Section-B of Associate Membership Examination of Institute of Engineers India in Civil Engineering.

(a) Diploma in Civil Engineering of Kerala University or Diploma recognized by Government as equivalent thereto. (iii) Certificate in Civil Engineering.

(a) Group Certificate under K.G.T.E./M.G.T.E. (Madras Government Technical Examinations) or equivalent qualification.
